Our talent recruiting service can help ease the work life of your PMO staff, by providing you with experienced leaders whom we have meticulously screened, interviewed and evaluated. Our professionals will prove to be an asset to your strategic initiative and organization within the first week or you can release them from their assignment. Furthermore, if you do decide to release a resource after the first week, their first 40 hours will be free of charge.
Since we provide the same level of coaching and mentoring to resources provided under a staff augmentation service as we do for our consulting service, we only actively recruit for positions that fall into areas covered by our project management specialties. As your strategic partner, we will, at your request help you locate resources not associated with project management. However, while those resources will receive all of the back-end support they need to remain focused on their assignment, they can not be mentored by a Coach who is knowledgeable in their discipline.
