Terminus believes that proper project management is fundamental and that no project should be undertaken without knowledge of the tools and techniques that will best ensure project success. Individuals who hold PMI’s PMP® and PgMP(sm) credentials demonstrate a proficient level of project/program management leadership skills, and as a result are able to command salaries that exceed those of their non-credentialed counterparts.
Terminus’ prep courses are designed to meet the needs of busy managers focused on achieving success in the minimum time frame - You will undertake a complete exam prep course in 5 days or less, (depending on the credential). There are 7+ contact hours scheduled for each day (plus lunch and refreshment breaks) and additional reading is required each evening (reference materials are provided to all students). You will be working hard, but if you can stand the pace, all of the information needed to pass PMI’s examination will be yours within a week.
All classroom-training days include a combination of presentations, work group and individual exercises, lots of reading and Q&A sessions to help break up the intensity of the day. Each day also include a several small exams and evening readings to complete between each day. The courses conclude with a complete review session plus a practice examination for the specific credential targeted by the course.
